The Role of the Stewarding & Hygiene Manager:
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Stewarding & Hygiene Manager to join a new takeover project in the UAE: Al Zorah Beach Resorts in Ajman, UAE, as it embarks on an inspiring transformation journey. This evolution will culminate in the grand opening of Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah in late 2026.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
A proactive and hands-on leadership style with a deep understanding of hygiene protocols and stewarding operations in luxury environments. They lead by example combining discipline with calm, structure with adaptability. With a strong grasp of HACCP, food safety, and sanitation best practices, they ensure back-of-house operations run efficiently and meet the highest standards.
They take ownership, pay attention to the unseen details, and create an environment of cleanliness, order, and respect for the craft. Collaborative and firm, they are trusted by both kitchen and service teams
