Stewarding Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to join our talented team! The ideal candidate will oversee the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of all back of the back of the house areas while managing stewarding staff, maintain inventory of cleaning products, and uphold health and safety standards.

Payrate: $26.06 hour

Shift: Full-time, must be available to work weekdays, weekends and holidays

What will I be doing?

As a Steward Supervisor, you would be responsible for supervising utility stewards, dishwashers and temporary personnel to transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Supervise, support and monitor utility stewards, dishwashers and temporary personnel to transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware for restaurant service
• Supervise cleaning of work area and physical surroundings
• Maintain and deliver proper inventory for food and beverage departments
