About the Role

We are launching our new Honour Bar and are looking for a detail-focused Attendant to keep our in-room offer fully stocked, accurately charged, and beautifully presented. This is a hands-on, part-time role working across all guest floors.

Duties

• Replenish in-room minibars daily, coordinating with Housekeeping to access rooms once they are vacant or serviced
• Restock floor pantries and storage areas to par levels
• Post minibar consumption to guest accounts accurately and in a timely manner
• Receive deliveries, rotate stock (First In–First Out), and check dates to ensure freshness and quality
• Conduct regular stock takes and raise replenishment orders
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of storage areas, trolleys and equipment
• Notify the Team Leader of low stock, discrepancies, or damaged product

Skills & Experience

• High school certificate or equivalent
• Flexible availability across all seven days, including weekends
• Physically able to lift, carry and move stock, and move between floors throughout a shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with charging and counts
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
