About the role: 

The Server is a crucial restaurant position whose responsibility is communicating with guests and supporting both servers and kitchen staff. The Server position provides an expertly served dining experience ensuring all dishes are correctly prepared and presented. This requires a person with the hospitality spirit to connect with guests, ensure all details are attended to and communicates positively and effectively with team members. This position requires a friendly and calm demeanor in a sometimes hectic and demanding environment.

What you will do:

• The ability to manage several tables at once, be flexible with single diners or large groups, ensure timing and sequence of orders to guest preference.
• The ability to ensure proper mise en plas for each service and menu items
• The ability to provide quality control check of food items before presentation.
• Report any glitches to management in a timely manner.
• The ability to stock the bar areas with liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks, glassware and condiments.
• The ability to check and recheck the bar during service

• Previous experience in Food and Beverage roles and employment experience within a luxury Hotels is considered an asset
• Strong communication skills
