OBJECTIF DU POSTE :
Le Superviseur Banquets est la personne de référence opérationnelle du département des Banquets. Il est accompagné quotidiennement par le Directeur des Banquets afin de veiller au bon fonctionnement du département.
A travers un savoir-être irréprochable, il cultive l’esprit d’équipe afin de mener à bien l’ensemble des fonctions/tâches journalières qui lui sont confiées.
Il/elle doit être capable de gérer l’ensemble des personnes qui interagissent dans son environnement : les collaborateurs fixes (superviseurs, chefs de rang, équipiers), et les intérimaires. Il/elle s’assurera que ces derniers soient accueillis, guidés et diriger afin qu’ils puissent mener à bien leurs tâches.
Il/elle sera le premier ambassadeur du département et mettra toute son énergie pour veiller à son bon fonctionnement.
De plus, il/elle met tout en œuvre afin d’entretenir des relations des plus cordiales avec l’ensemble des départements de l’hôtel.
Enfin, il/elle sera proactif afin de développer ses aptitudes à maximiser le revenu du département, tout en veillant à respecter les dépenses, sur lesquelles il/elle aura la mainmise.
FONCTIONS ESSENTIELLES :
1. Superviser, c’est-à-dire décrire, réaliser conjointement et contrôler les tâches journalières des collaborateurs opérationnels du département : intérimaires, chefs de rang et équipiers.
2. Savoir motiver ses équipes et les guider dans des périodes de challenge.
3. Animer les briefings journaliers du département, nécessaire à son bon fonctionnement.
