Supervisar la limpieza, orden y organización de las habitaciones y demás áreas, conforme los referenciales de calidad y características de la marca. Garantizar el bienestar y seguridad a los clientes y demás colaboradores. Poner al cliente en el “corazón” de todo lo que se realiza, con el fin de ofrecerle una experiencia única e inolvidable, de acuerdo con la cultura de servicios Accor.
Manejo de equipo de trabajo, sistema opera.
Conocimiento de productos y materiales de limpieza.
