Acerca del rol:

Lidera una o varios turnos de servicio de alimentos y bebidas de restaurantes para nuestros huéspedes y clientes en un ambiente acorde con el concepto del establecimiento, guiándolos en el concepto del establecimiento y los productos, siempre buscando satisfacer las expectativas de nuestros huéspedes, clientes y miembros del equipo creando experiencias épicas y el ambiente laboral marcado por FS.

Lo que vas a hacer:

• Controlar el servicio; pase de comida, comunicación, tiempos de entregas, peticiones especiales, llegas y salidas
• Reconocer las necesidades de nuestros huéspedes, clientes y miembros del equipo para anticipar las necesidades del cliente y resolver los problemas
• Tener pleno conocimiento y capacitar al equipo sobre los menús de Alimentos y Bebidas, ingredientes, métodos de preparación, alérgenos, tiempos de preparación, etc., según el concepto del establecimiento.
• Organizar, asistir y poner en práctica las capacitaciones y sesiones de entrenamiento realizadas por FS.

Requisitos:

• Estudiante o profesional en Hotelería, Turismo o áreas afines (deseable)
• Nivel medio de inglés
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia supervisor en hoteles o restaurantes de alta calidad
• Experiencia gestionando recursos y personal.
• Conocimiento de protocolos de servicio, deseable en estándares de etiqueta de alta gama.
• Conocimiento de rangos y pases de cocina – habilidad para controlar los tiempos, reclamar platos y bebidas pendiente por servir en tiempo y forma.
• Conocimiento en la preparación de cócteles para asistencia en picos de demanda.
• Conocimiento avanzado de sistemas POS y herramientas de gestión
• Gestión de inventario y reposición – Capacidad para identificar faltantes y garantizar la disponibilidad de productos.
