1.负责客房内的PMM工作
2.负责维修及所有墙面，地板、外墙、天花板和设备的内外瓷漆或乳胶漆的上漆，以配合现有的未道漆维修或更换酒店的各种零部件，整修客房设施；掌控维修任务的完成情况，使酒店保持卓越状态且运转良好
3.负责门，窗，木材板和家具物品的上漆整理物资，确保设备运转良好，为酒店第二天的运营做好准备
4.负责所有表面在油漆或上漆之前的准备工作获得职业培训以及2年在任何类型的室内装修方面的工作经验，有1年酒店从业经验者优先
5.维护高安全标准——遵循指导方针，及时向主管报告事故、危险情况或不安全设备
6.负责酒店内外区域的安全和清洁，如停车场和游泳池
7.始终留意可改进的领域——遵循预防性维护日程表，始终确保一切高效运转
8.负责维修损坏/破裂的表面，其包括混凝土、抹灰、石雕、预制切块体、墙壁和地板瓷砖及大理石制品。
高中文凭或1.相关职业培训
2.持有法律规定要求的职业资格认证和许可
3.身强体健——一天中的大部分时间您都需要站立工作，而且经常需要弯腰和双膝着地
