About the Job:

As a Training Supervisor, you are responsible for identifying and providing training to team members to deliver an excellent staff experience. A Training Supervisor will also be required to assist departments in achieving training objectives. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

.Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide quality training to ALL Team Members.
• Ensure New Joiners have received departmental and legal training/ Training of New Hires (Induction training) and ensure that all new Team Members are provided with a meaningful and memorable onboarding experience.
• Train new Team Members, HODs on HGI brand personality and HR Processes, products and systems and regularly promote Hilton’s Learning Culture.
• Prepare and coordinate Annual Training Plan. Also update and monitor property training tracker for AIO empowerment courses and L&D calendar in line with QA requirements.
• Identify training and development needs systematically throughout the hotel in conjunction with Heads of Departments and HR Manager.
