Waiter

Our adventure camp in the Hatta mountains celebrates the land’s spirit, providing countless ways to play and explore the outdoors. Fifty caravans form a lively community inspired by nomadic exploration, surrounded by hiking and biking trails throughout mountainous terrain that immerse guests in the region’s natural beauty. A central restaurant fueled by local flavors is designed for guests to gather, and a wellness center offers restorative rituals drawing from local tradition.

We are looking for a Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team and deliver warm, attentive, and memorable service to our guests.

This role is essential in creating immersive dining experiences that complement the spirit of adventure, community, and authenticity that defines our retreat.

Guest Service & Dining Experience

• Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate orders and communicate guest preferences to the kitchen efficiently.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, or special requirements with professionalism and care.
• Uphold service standards that reflect the property’s brand, values, and elevated guest experience.

Collaboration & Teamwork

• Work closely with the culinary, bar, and service teams to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
• Assist in setting up and clearing dining areas, maintaining cleanliness and organisation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve service and guest satisfaction.

Hygiene & Safety

• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.
• Ensure proper handling of food, beverages, and service equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly

• Previous experience F&B service roles within hotels, resorts, or restaurants preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
