Sol Torremolinos Resort is a complex comprised of three hotels: Don Pablo, Don Pedro, and Don Marco. It is located in the town of Torremolinos in Málaga province, just 20 meters from the beach, separated from the water only by a busy promenade.

Your mission is to provide attentive and efficient service to guests, ensuring that the restaurant is always well-stocked, clean, and organized, so that customers enjoy a pleasant and high-quality dining experience, thus contributing to the overall satisfaction and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.

Job functions:

• Customer service: Greet guests and guide them to their tables, offering them a friendly welcome.
• Room maintenance: Ensure that the tables, chairs, and room area are always clean and well-organized.
• Replenishment: Monitor and replenish food and beverages to ensure they are always available and fresh.
• Clearing plates and utensils: Clear plates and utensils from the tables efficiently and at the right time.
• Cleaning duties: Clean tables, remove food scraps, and ensure the area is tidy throughout service.
• Supervision of food arrangement: Ensure that food is well presented and at the correct temperature.
• Attending to guests’ needs: Being available to assist guests with any requests, such as drinks, additional utensils, or special needs.
• Compliance with safety and hygiene standards: Ensure that food safety and hygiene regulations are met at all times.
• Support in organizing the space: Help with the organization and arrangement of food at the corresponding stations to facilitate service.

What are we looking for?

• Training in Hospitality and Tourism or similar.
• Minimum experience 1/2 years in a similar position and in a similar category establishment. 
• A high level of English is essential. Other languages, such as French or German, are a plus.
• Food Handling Certification
• Basic knowledge of customer service
• Knowledge of beverages
• Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene
