The Melia Paris Vendôme hotel,  a **** establishment located a stone’s throw from Place Vendôme, is looking for its future talent as a  versatile Waiter/Waitress  to complete its Catering team (breakfast and bar service).

What will my responsibilities be?

You ensure customer satisfaction and are responsible for their experience from arrival to departure.

• Participate in setting up the offices, the bar, and the breakfast buffet.
• Greet and assist the customer in the restaurant/bar
• Take the customer’s orders and advise them
• Serve and present food and drinks to the customer
• Clear, clean and reset the restaurant tables
• Restock the breakfast buffet
• Perform Room Service
• To be attentive to the client’s expectations and needs, and to respond to their requests
• Ensure the customer has everything they need.
• Clean the restaurant premises and service equipment
• Clean and refill the restaurant consoles
• Prepare for the next service (cleaning, plating, equipment, drinks)
• Ensure the cleanliness of your workplace and food safety (HACCP)

What profile are we looking for?

• Ideally you have experience in a similar role (including internships and apprenticeships)
• With a professional appearance, you are dynamic and have a strong sense of hospitality and service.
• You are organized, meticulous, and passionate about your job.
• You have professional English skills; proficiency in Spanish is an asset.

Employment conditions and benefits:

• Permanent contract
• Weekly working hours: 39 hours
• 2 consecutive days off per week
• No cut
