Job Mission: You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in your assigned restaurant, collaborating with the Waiters/Waitresses and managers assigned to you.
What will you have to do?
1. Prepare work areas for service.
2. Prepare the service setup, tables, banquet or convention boards, chairs, sideboards or any other furniture or equipment commonly used in lounges, restaurants, cafes or bars.
3. Properly maintain your work area and tools.
4. Perform auxiliary and support tasks for the Waiter/Waitress in the assigned Bar or Restaurant.
5. Participate with some autonomy and responsibility in the service and sale of food and beverages, following the guidelines of your boss.
6. Ensure that the customer experience is correct according to the standards and attributes of the Gran Meliá brand.
