Paradisus Gran Canaria, a 5-star luxury hotel, is looking for a Restaurant Waiter Assistant to join our team.
Job Mission:
You will be responsible for providing high-quality, personalized service in the hotel’s restaurants, ensuring guest satisfaction and representing Paradisus’ values of luxury and exclusivity.
What will you have to do?
– Assist waiters in preparing and serving orders in the hotel restaurants.
– Keep work areas and tables clean and organized.
– Serve guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring an excellent service experience.
– Assist in restocking products, utensils, and materials needed for service.
– Ensure that quality and presentation standards are met in all service areas.
– Help resolve customer requests quickly and efficiently.
What are we looking for?
– Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants.
– Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
– Good communication skills and a basic level of English (other languages are a plus).
– Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
