Job mission

Ensure operational support in food and beverage service, collaborating with waiters and head chefs to guarantee fast, efficient service aligned with quality standards, offering a friendly and professional attitude that contributes to customer satisfaction.

 

What will you have to do?

  • Perform assigned tasks before, during and after the shift, following the instructions of the waiter/range chef or person in charge.
  • Prepare, replenish and communicate material and supply needs, ensuring order and avoiding breakage or losses.
  • Participate in the shift start briefings to learn about VIPs, daily specials, occupancy, and service guidelines.
  • Set up tables, stations and service elements according to quality standards, verifying that everything is complete.
  • Handle trays, food and drinks safely and accurately, avoiding accidents, spills or breakages.
  • Support the waiter in the delivery of service, maintaining a friendly, professional attitude and aligned with the position’s SOP.

 

What are we looking for?

Training

  • ESO or Higher Education.

Languages

  • Spanish
  • Advanced English ( a third language is highly valued ).

Specific knowledge 

  • Training related to catering (vocational training or courses).
  • Attention to detail, dynamism and proactivity.
  • Teamwork and a service-oriented attitude.
