Position Summary:

  • Create unforgettable experiences for guests from arrival to departure with exceptional service.
  • Securely Park guest vehicles, deliver bags, and manage amenities according to hotel policies.
  • Assist the Front Office team with general operational tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Welcome guests to their rooms, explaining all features and hotel offerings.
  • Be knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area, providing expert recommendations to exceed guest expectations.
  • Strengthen relationships with both existing and new guests, delivering our legendary service and facilitating future bookings.
  • Advise on local Melbourne activities, tag and deliver luggage to guest rooms, handle mail and parcels for guests and the hotel.

 

About You:

  • Hold a current and valid driver’s license.
  • Have experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury environment.
  • Must have working rights in Australia to be considered for the role
  • Passionate about advancing your career within a dynamic team environment.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced setting with a proactive, driven attitude.
  • Possess smart solutions and a positive, can-do attitude.
