Spa Director:
The goal of a hotel spa director is to manage and oversee the spa to provide high-quality service and maximize profitability.

Responsibilities:
– Lead the spa team and work with the management team.
– Make strategic and operational decisions.
– Manage the budget and control costs.
– Ensure compliance with industry standards.
– Continuously improve guest and employee satisfaction.
– Oversee all areas of the spa, including programs, services, schedules, facilities, and staff.
– Coordinate the delivery of spa services, including salon, skin care, fitness, massage, reservations, reception, and locker room areas.
– Ensure the spa is well-equipped and maintained.

• Conversational English
• Previous experience as a therapist in luxury spas
• Certifications in spa therapies, massage, physical therapy, aromatherapy, cosmetology, etc.
• Experience in upselling techniques and retail product sales.
