We are looking for a Banquet Manager with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in banquets, who possesses excellent delegation skills and is highly organized and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage and oversee a team of over 250 staff members, effectively coordinate cross-departmental work, and handle various administrative and clerical duties related to executing large-scale events. Experience with union regulations and payroll processing is a plus!
The salary for this position is between $80,000 – $95,000.
What will I be doing?
As a Banquet Manager, you would be responsible for managing the daily execution of all banquet functions in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
