8.推出促销活动，为宾客带来各种超值的出色就餐体验
9.确保安全处理信贷与财务交易
10.确保所有餐饮设备都能正常工作并定期清洁
11.确保包括宴会、会议场所在内的所有餐饮设施干净整洁，并根据预期业务量储备适量库存若有任何维修需求，应立即通知工程部
12.制定并达成质量目标与宾客满意度目标在宾客提出要求和投诉时提供帮助，确保维持高水平的宾客满意度
13.管理酒店的餐饮市场营销计划；参与并维护整个系统内的各种餐饮市场营销计划和促销活动
14.关注竞争对手的活动和行业创新与行政主厨一起审查并核准菜单设计与构思
15.确保食物和饮品的安全以及安全储存，始终保持库存充足，并尽量减少浪费
16.处理食物和饮品的库存盘点决定所有食品、酒水、物资和设备的最大及最小库存量
17.其他临时职责——需要全员出动完成任务的特殊时刻
18.这是所在酒店餐饮部门的最高职位，您需要管理一个人数庞大的团队。这类酒店通常拥有1至2个餐饮场所和厨房，以及可容纳500人或以下的宴会设施。您的职能还可能包括监管下属经理和主管级别人员。
任职资格：
1.接受过餐饮管理方面的大学教育和/或高级培训
2.2年相关工作经验，包括管理经验，或教育加工作经验达到同等水平
3.酒店管理、烹饪或相关专业学士及以上学历或同等学历者优先考虑
4.必须熟练掌握当地语言
5.需持有本地法规要求的酒类证书、餐饮服务许可或有效的健康证明
