•Préparer et organiser les événements selon les attentes clients.
•Organiser les manifestations en coordination avec les services opérationnels
•Accueillir et superviser le bon déroulement des événements
•Suivre la satisfaction client
•Envoyer de propositions tarifaires pour les demandes de groupe tourisme et organiser les opérations selon le planning.
•Suivre les options et les paiements.
•Gérer les réservations des compagnies aériennes.
Etudiant(e) en BTS Commerce/ Relation client ou Hôtellerie
Excellent négociateur (-trice), orienté(e) résultats
Sens de l’organisation et de la rigueur
Excellent relationnel
Bon niveau d’anglais
