Ideal candidate will have stewarding leadership experience in a full service luxury hotel. Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

What are we looking for and what can you bring to the table?

• We’re for looking for an experienced Stewarding Supervisor who demonstrates leadership behaviors and skills.
• You are an individual who is a genuine, caring and compassionate with a passion for hospitality that possess integrity and accountability.
• An individual who while still maintaining a strong presence within the resort, you let your personality shine through and can be yourself.
• You feel empowered to make the best decisions for the resort that are ethical and within policy to create an experience and truly connect with the team. You also empower people encouraging them to grow and allowing them to make decisions
• You lead with inspiration supporting and encouraging your team so that they can achieve success together.

• You have current knowledge of all New Mexico and local laws on safety and sanitation.

• You have 2+ years of Supervisory experience in service industry preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Your schedule is flexible and have the ability to work evenings, weekends and Holidays.
• You have strong understanding of Spanish and English.
•  You are able to provide legal work authorization in the United States
