We are looking for a passionate Senior Bar Supervisor to join our wonderful team at London Marriott Hotel County Hall and our awarded Gillray’s Steakhouse & Bar.

The impact you’ll make

As our Senior Bar Supervisor, you’ll make sure you know every drink on the menu, so you can make recommendations and answer any questions guests may have. You’ll make sure that your team is ready to serve ordered quickly, efficiently and with a smile – and if there are any issues, you’ll deal with them right away. Thanks to you, our guests will feel special and wanting to come back for more.

What you’ll do

• Be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar
• Be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and specialty drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well
• Be expected to enjoy engaging with guests, getting to know our regulars and learning to anticipate their needs

• Supervisory skills

This role also requires the ability to move and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. In addition, you’ll need to be able to reach overhead and below your knees, including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping, and move over uneven or sloping surfaces. Prior to employment, we’ll ask you to complete safety training and certification.
