Como Gerente de Alimentos & Bebidas, liderará estratégicamente al equipo para llevar la satisfacción de los huéspedes al nivel superior, Planificar, coordinar y supervisar todas las operaciones del área de Alimentos y Bebidas, garantizando un servicio de alta calidad, el cumplimiento de estándares operativos y sanitarios, así como la rentabilidad de los puntos de venta (restaurantes, bares, room service, banquetes y eventos).
