Front Office Intern – Four Seasons Hotel Madrid
What we are looking for
We are looking for a passionate hospitality student eager to start his career path in the Front Office area. You will have the opportunity to be fully immersed in this field, learning at different levels of responsibility and working in team. As a Front Office Intern you will gain valuable knowledge about procedures and all the operational aspects of Front Office. You will be trained in delivering the highest level of service while working closely with other departments of the Hotel. You will be exposed to a luxury environment and experience different types of services in various situations, learn how to deal with various payment methods, welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and procedures. About You
A genuine passion for delivering the highest level of service is needed. You should have attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player and bring your personal touch and energy to our guest experiences. We are looking for a special individual, who shares our passion for excellence and delights in the magic of curating special experiences and memories for our guests. The candidate must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work on shifts, weekends and holidays. The applicants must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
