The Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is looking for a Communications Operator to join their Front Office team! This hotel has 757 rooms/suites and is located next to Oriole Park at Camden Yards. It is also connected to Baltimore Convention Center via skywalk!
The ideal candidate will hold comparable experience in a hotel PBX or front desk role (preferably with strong knowledge of ONQ PMS) and have a passion for customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking their next steps in a large hotel operation!
Pay Rate: $19.14 – $21.27 per hour, paid biweekly on Fridays
Shift Pattern: candidates should be able to work both AM shifts and PM shifts (weekends and holidays availability is required)

What will I be doing?
As a Communications Operator, you would be responsible for answering and responding to internal and external calls in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
