Nous recherchons un(e) Réceptionniste en alternance (H/F).
– Accueillir et prendre en charge le client de son arrivée au départ,
– Gestion des plannings des curistes,
– Effectuer les clôtures de caisses dans le respect des procédures internes,
– Gérer les demandes clients, le téléphone,
– Présenter et proposer au client les différentes prestations sur le site (hébergement, restauration, soins, activité, etc..),
– Liste non exhausive.
– Dynamisme et réactivité,
– Rigueur et organisation,
– Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe
