Objetivo del puesto:
Como Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, serás responsable de liderar, supervisar y optimizar todas las operaciones de alimentos y bebidas del hotel, asegurando una experiencia gastronómica de clase mundial que refleje el estilo vanguardista y sofisticado de Mondrian. Esto incluye restaurantes, bares, servicio a habitaciones, banquetes y eventos especiales.
Tu enfoque estratégico y operativo garantizará la excelencia en el servicio, el cumplimiento de los estándares de marca y la rentabilidad del área.
