We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to lead the team at Bar Antoine. This is a unique opportunity to bring your creativity, leadership, and hospitality expertise to one of London’s most iconic luxury hotels. As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving innovation in our beverage program, and leading a team in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

This is an Assistant Department Head position, reporting into the Director of Food & Beverage.

What you will do:

• Lead and inspire the Bar Antoine team to deliver world-class service and memorable guest experiences.
• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to Four Seasons standards.
• Curate and evolve an innovative cocktail and beverage menu that reflects the spirit of Bar Antoine.
• Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships to ensure quality and profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to drive bar visibility and guest engagement.
• Recruit, train, and develop bar staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or senior bar leadership role in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment.
• Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, and bar trends.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and guest service abilities.
