The Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa is a colorful Garden Island with all the charm and intimacy of a traditional Maldivian Village. Located just 25 minutes by speedboat from the airport, the island’s accommodations, restaurants and recreational facilities are all close at hand, arranged around a beautiful central promenade lined with borders of bougainvillea, frangipani and hibiscus flowers.

A Maldivian work permit will be provided by the resort.

What you will do:

• Coordinate and perform guest arrival, departure and cashiering.
• Provide individual assistance and accurate information in an effective and timely manner
• Anticipate guest needs and take ownership of guest concerns and requests
• Possess a high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills
• Keep abreast of events in the resort; proactively update and maintain Guest History databases
• Ensure the work area is ready for service; assist in supply requisitions
• Be proficient at handling travel arrangements including issuing air tickets/boarding passes and amending travel itineraries; booking hotel and transportation arrangments
• Strictly complies with the resorts cash handling policies and procedures

What you bring:

• 1-2 years of experience in 5-star hotels or resorts in a similar capacity
• Excellent English, math, and psychometric skills
• Fluency in a European Language (French/ German would be preferred)
• Strong guest relations skills and potential for growth
• Technical education in Hospitality is preferred
