What will I be doing?

As a Waldorf Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the arrival and departure experience for our guests, ensuring that every interaction reflects the warmth, elegance, and personalized service that define our Forbes 5-Star aspirations. As the first and last point of contact, you will create a lasting impression, embodying the hotel’s commitment to anticipatory hospitality and luxury service. Your attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine interest in each guest’s journey will set the tone for an unforgettable stay.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, offering a gracious and personalized greeting while opening doors and assisting with entering and exiting the building
  • Assist with luggage handling, including unloading from vehicles, securely transporting to the guest’s room, and loading upon departure in a thoughtful and seamless manner
  • Provide a refined and informative room escort, delivering luggage, orienting guests to their accommodations, and ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed about the hotel’s amenities and services
