Who we are looking for…

You are a passionate host and understand exactly what makes our guests tick, what they want and how we can inspire them. You work in a structured way, can always surprise our guests with great tips for their stay and take care of all guest concerns before, during and after their stay. You are a passionate host!

What your responsibilities are…

• You greet and say goodbye to our guests, check them in and out and have an open ear for all guest concerns
• You do your daily accounting conscientiously and always adhere to the specified processes
• You answer phone calls and communicate digitally on many channels – and of course in a friendly and professional manner.
• You train our trainees and are happy to pass on your knowledge
• You are always thinking of new ways to inspire our guests – always keeping an eye on the overall hotel goals and brand standards.

• You have a completed vocational training (preferably in the tourism sector)
• You enjoy working with people from all over the world every day
• Your strong awareness of quality and your high standards show in everything you do
• You are a communication talent with very good German and English skills
• Your winning appearance, your can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality
• Your professionalism paired with your self-confident appearance and charm inspire our guests every day
• You have a work permit for the EU/Germany
