About the location:

Occupying the top floors of a landmark 39-floor tower, Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi seamlessly blends modern high-style design with classical Japanese elements. From tasteful event venues to dynamic dining and drinking spaces, the Hotel offers a unique experience that is distinctively Four Seasons. The Hotel boasts a prime location above Otemachi Station in Tokyo’s prominent financial district, right next to the Imperial Palace. The SPA is a tranquil sky-high sanctuary, complete with water features: vitality pools, mist chairs, and traditional Japanese ofuro baths. About the role

Responsible for business generation as it relates to prospecting and securing individual guest and group accounts on behalf of the hotel in accordance with the goals and strategies outlined in the annual Marketing Plan

 

What you will do

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Set targets, performance plans and rigorous, objective standards for sales representatives.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Sales / Assistant Director of Sales.
  • Negotiate, generate and confirm sign group contracts that ensure hotel budget and revenue targets are achieved
  • Create and execute account plans for top 10 accounts and make recommendations.  Yield management, room night production, sales activities and so on.

What you bring

·         Speedy and effective resolution of customer issues and complaints

·         Good knowledge of the Four Seasons policies and procedures.

·         Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services

 

Knowledge of Customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction
