About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca within the Marketing & Commerce department, the Assistant Director of Sales plays a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening market share, and expanding awareness across targeted business segments.
Reporting to the Director of Sales, this position supports the development and execution of the hotel’s commercial strategy, whilst contributing to the leadership of the Sales team. The successful candidate will actively cultivate key relationships, identify new business opportunities, and represent the hotel within local and international luxury travel markets.
