About the location:

Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai is a Forbes Five-Star winner for six consecutive years. About the role

Supports the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensures high service standards, and delivers exceptional guest experiences in a refined dining environment.

 

What you will do
• Supervise service team and ensure smooth shift operations

• Maintain luxury service standards and personalized guest care
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for seamless service
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and daily reports
• Strong leadership and communication
• Attention to detail and guest-focused
• Knowledge of fine dining and luxury hospitality
