A deux pas de la Tour Eiffel et du Trocadéro, le Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel est un hôtel 4 étoiles à découvrir en plein cœur de Paris. L’hôtel dispose de 405 chambres insonorisées mêlant confort et modernité. L’hôtel dispose d’un Bar Lounge, d’un restaurant avec une belle terrasse, appelé Le Jardin, d’une salle de fitness et de 6 salles de réunion. L’hôtel a une décoration design et épurée sous le signe de la Tour Eiffel. L’hôtel est situé à 200m de la Tour Eiffel et à 10 min à pied du quai Branly.
Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, le Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel, recherche un/e Chargé(e) de clientèle. en CDD à pouvoir dès que possible et pour une durée d’1an, avec possibilité de renouvellement.
Vous intégrez une équipe conviviale et enthousiaste de 4 personnes, l’équipe est composée d’une Responsable Commerciale, 1 attachée commercial Mice & Groupes, 1 Chargée de clientèle et 1 alternant.
Vous contribuez activement à l’atteinte des objectifs du CA MICE et banquet et est garant(e) du bon déroulement des événements :
– Votre mission
Vos responsabilités au quotidien :
Optimisation des ventes
• Vous mettez en place et suivez le plan d’action de prospections (phoning, évènement client) ;
• Vous menez des actions de fidélisation ;
• Vous assurez une veille concurrentielle et alertez sur les tendances du marché.
Traitement et suivi des demandes MICE
• Vous gérez les demandes entrantes ;
• Vous rédigez des offres commerciales dans le respect des demandes du client et de son budget (identification des besoins et faisabilité opérationnelle) ;
• Vous envoyez des propositions en respectant les processus internes et les standards de marque.
Coordination des événements
• Vous coordonnez et préparez l’événement en collaboration avec les équipes de la restauration, cuisine (fiche de fonction), hébergement (rooming list)
