Novotel Thakher Makkah is in the heart of the holy city of Makkah. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Manager to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. As the Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service and safety.

• Manage and supervise all night shift operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and security.
• Conduct night audit procedures, ensuring accurate financial reporting and resolving any discrepancies.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff during night hours.
• Oversee check-ins, check-outs, and reservations during the night shift
• Coordinate with other departments to address any issues that arise during the night
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and back-of-house spaces
• Train and mentor night shift staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
• Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
