Food and Beverage Manager

Hilton Seattle Airport and Conference Center is located across the street from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and the Link Light Rail for easy access to downtown and all Seattle’s amazing attractions. Hilton Seattle Airport and Conference Center offers a huge variety of event rooms and dedicated staff to help you plan every detail. Highlights include an expansive pillarless ballroom, an outdoor courtyard, and a foyer with views of the Olympic Mountains. A/V and WiFi available. The Food and Beverage Department is looking to add a Food and Beverage Manager to the team to focus on managing banquets.

Ideal candidates have similar experience working at a hotel or freestanding restaurant, no banquet experience is required but it is preferred. Have you been looking to take the next step and get Banquet Manager experience, apply today and come grow your career!

Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs. Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.

The annual salary for this role is $78,000.
