BARISTA

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Barista who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Baristas have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Prepare and serve a selection of food and beverages from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards. Be comfortable with a working knowledge of retail items within the store.
  • Have resort and menu knowledge that you can confidently discuss with a guest
  • Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests recieved from the cashier, using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest’s original order.
  • Service and take orders from guests at the cashier. Anticipate guest needs, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
