JOB DESCRIPTION

Off I-5, we’re across the street from Esther Short Park. Vancouver Waterfront and its pier, shops, and restaurants are nine minutes’ walk from our door. The Amtrak Station is a five-minute drive, and Portland International Airport is 15 minutes away.

What will I be doing?
As Reservation Coordinator you would be responsible for processing group reservation information including room lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements. Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard:

• Processing reservation request calls as appropriate
• Assisting internal and external customers
• Coordinating and implementing department activities and projects
• Providing clerical support and assistance to management
• Supporting 6 managers
• Assisting with Events and Sales Team

Hourly rate is $19.83 (based on applicable and specialized experience and location).
