Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world’s best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

Classification: Part-Time

Shift: Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays. 

Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $24.07 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing?

As a Buffet Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining and transporting all food products for a designated outlet or outlets in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Maintain the buffet station for all designated meal periods
• Clean the equipment, restock food items and clean areas on an as needed basis
• Ensure quality of food throughout service
