The Director of Food & Beverage, under the general guidance and supervision of the Hotel Manager and within limits of established Hilton hotel policies and procedure, and the Food & Beverage Manual, he / she will be fully responsible to establish all operation procedures. This role will take the necessary actions to guide managers in all activities and staff of the concerned department, establishing and maintaining the highest level of quality, training, motivation, etc., according to established guidelines.

What will I be doing?  

As the Director of Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Determine and establish best in class standards on all facets of Food and Beverage to deliver an on-brand luxury experience through the execution of Forbes and Conrad service standards
  • Drive commercial performance across the department through thoughtful planning and meaningful execution to deliver desired financial outcome to support budgetary targets
  • Lead and coach direct reports and outlet managers to drive talent potential across all levels of the Food and Beverage Operation to cultivate the future department heads
  • Ensure effective team member development plans are executed across all areas of F&B to support the growth of F&B
  • Lead and operate the Food and beverage division within the parameters of budget and/or exceed positive financial budget expectations
  • Confer with the Management on reports, forecast budgets, policies and future planning.
  • Continuous review of F&B pricing based on customer feedback/demand, supply chain and industry trends.
  • Inform the Management on sales, submit monthly financial statements and comments on the operation.
