What will you be doing?

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Executive Lounge Attendant to join Hilton Surfers Paradise! In this role you will be responsible for;

• Providing a warm, friendly, and professional service to our executive guests at all times
• Creating meaningful and personable one on one connections with our guests
• Performing duties with a high level of positive enthusiasm
• Ensuring that guest amenities and supplies are replenished on time
• Be up to date with current hotel offerings and all VIP requests

What are we looking for?

• RSA – Must have a current and valid ‘Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol’ certificate
• Demonstrated experience within hospitality, working closely with guests
• Friendly, positive, energetic disposition with a passion for delivering an exceptional level of guest service
• A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
