Per il Radisson Collection Hotel, Palazzo Nani, boutique hotel di 52 camere con clientela leisure nel cuore di Fondamenta Cannaregio, siamo alla ricerca di un/a talentuoso/a Barman – Barlady che assicuri un servizio personalizzato ai nostri Ospiti, garantendone la qualità. In questa veste avrai l’opportunità di essere portatore dei valori del nostro brand e ti occuperai della gestione del bar, luogo di incontro e di relax per i nostri Ospiti.
Maggiori responsabilità
– Essere un buon team player, sempre aggiornato sulle ultime tendenze cocktail
– Supportare l’operatività del reparto di Food & Beverage nelle attività di servizio
– Collaborare in maniera proattiva al fine di incrementare la soddisfazione dell’Ospite, fornendo e soddisfando per tempo le richieste degli Ospiti
– Contibure al raggiungimento degli obiettivi economici e qualitativi di reparto
– Rispettare e verificare quanto previsto dalle norme igieniche e di sicurezza alimentare e quanto previsto a livello aziendale
– Costruire solide relazioni proofessionali con i colleghi
Il profilo ideale
– Comprovata esperienza in F&B, passione per il settore e customer attitude
– Autonomia, dinamicitià e creatività
– Problem solving e buona gestione dello stress in un ambiente dinamico e frenetico
– Integrità e serietà professionale
– Voglia di mettersi in gioco in un ambiente che richiede eccellenza, impegno ed energia
– Conoscenza base dei sistemi informatici
– Buone capacità di comunicazione e ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
