We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Valet to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Valet, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their first and last impressions of our establishment are positive and memorable.

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, offering assistance with their vehicles and luggage
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide clear directions and information about hotel facilities and local attractions
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage from their vehicles
• Maintain a clean and organized parking area, ensuring all vehicles are properly secured
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations while operating guest vehicles
• Keep accurate records of parked vehicles and their locations
• Report any vehicle damages or issues to management immediately
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times
• Assist with other guest service duties as assigned

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent driving skills and ability to operate various types of vehicles
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
