Executive Chef

From the heart of Clark Freeport Zone, the bustling centre of economic and tourism development in Central Luzon, rises Swissôtel Clark, a beacon of Swiss vitality and sustainability. With no fewer than 22 storeys, it’s the tallest building of its kind in the area. Job Description

The Executive Chef at Swissôtel Clark is a visionary leader responsible for the overall culinary operations of the hotel. This role blends creative flair with operational excellence, ensuring that every dish reflects Swissôtel’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and heartfelt hospitality.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent certification
  • 5+ years of experience in a luxury or international hotel setting
  • Strong leadership, training, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Proficient in kitchen management systems and online procurement tools
