Prepare y sirva una selección de vinos, licores y bebidas mezcladas del menú, al mismo tiempo que se asegura de que se sirvan, mezclen y combinen correctamente de acuerdo con las recetas establecidas y los Estándares Four Seasons establecidos.
Confirmar los pedidos de los huéspedes, incluidas las necesidades especiales, utilizando el sistema de punto de venta del hotel; Verifique los pedidos completos con el pedido original del huésped.
Servir y recibir pedidos de los invitados sentados en el área del bar que ofrecen descripciones interesantes y vívidas de los métodos de preparación, el sabor y el origen de cada artículo;
Mantener un conocimiento práctico de licores, vinos y bebidas especiales.
