The Role:

As an In-Room Dining Waiter/Waitress, you will be an essential part of our Food & Beverage team, ensuring every order is delivered with precision, warmth and attention to detail. In-Room Dining at Four Seasons offers a relaxed and elegant dining experience, and your role will be key in creating memorable moments for our guests.

What you will do:

• Deliver in-room dining orders promptly and professionally, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards
• Provide a warm, engaging and personalised service, anticipating guest needs
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including menu items, wine pairings and dietary requirements
• Ensure all areas of service meet Four Seasons standards of cleanliness, safety and organisation
