Vos missions principales :

*Réponse et réalisation des offres commerciales (outil Coclico)

*Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différents services de l’hôtel (restauration & hébergement)

* Contrôle quotidien des salons,

modifications ponctuelles à la demande du client

*Accueillir et accompagner nos clients tout au long de leur évènement avec professionnalisme et bonne humeur

*Veiller à la satisfaction clients et contribuer à la fidélisation

*Facturation des évènements journaliers (outil FOLS)

Profile:

Profil recherché

-Vous êtes dynamique, souriant(e), réactif et avez le sens de l’accueil

-Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux et appréciez le travail en équipe

-Une première expérience en hôtellerie est un plus mais les profils débutants motivés sont également bienvenus

-Maîtrise du français (écrit/parlé) indispensable
