El Hotel Four Seasons Casa Medina está buscando un Supervisor Nocturno que comparta una pasión por la excelencia y que infunda entusiasmo en todo lo que hace. Nuestro Auditor Nocturno tiene la oportunidad de dar forma a nuestra experiencia del huésped y es parte fundamental de nuestro equipo de Front Office. Esta posición reporta a la Gerente de Front Office y requiere permiso de trabajo Colombiano.

 

Responsabilidades y funciones

 

  • Supervisa el personal de todo el hotel durante el turno de noche.
  • Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el personal de todos los departamentos para asegurar que se cumplan las normas.
  • Es el supervisor directo de la Recepción durante el turno de noche
  • Responde a una amplia variedad de solicitudes de invitados evaluando con precisión las necesidades y solicitudes de los huéspedes y luego agregando recomendaciones personales y toques para lograr la máxima satisfacción del cliente al tiempo que cumple con las políticas de Four Seasons.
  • Contribuye a nuestro entorno con una actitud positiva y amistosa
  • Se comunica con los miembros del equipo para asegurar el más alto nivel de servicio personalizado
  • Realiza el check-in de los huéspedes de una manera amistosa y eficiente, usando el nombre del huésped siempre que sea posible. Se asegura que el huésped tenga una habitación según sus solicitudes y la tarifa sea correcta. Organizar equipaje para ser entregado y las llaves respectivas
  • Comprueba la satisfacción de los huéspedes en su salida, recoge las llaves y presenta la cuenta final a los huéspedes. Tramita el pago de la cuenta con exactitud a través de tarjeta de crédito o efectivo.
  • Mantiene le banco de dinero, asignado por el hotel, equilibrado. Hace cambio de moneda extranjera, da el cambio de transacciones en efectivo y al final del turno recopila todas las transacciones para entregar informes
  • Maneja todas las interacciones de los huéspedes con el más alto nivel de hospitalidad y profesionalidad, acomodando las solicitudes especiales siempre que sea posible; resuelve las quejas de los clientes; asiste a los huéspedes con todas las consultas relacionadas con los servicios del hotel, eventos internos, direcciones etc.
  • Utiliza una variedad de sistemas informáticos para verificar los huéspedes dentro y fuera, ejecutar informes diarios, seleccionar y bloquear habitaciones para los huéspedes que llegan.
  • Cumple con las reglas de trabajo y normas de conducta de Four Seasons
  • Trabaja armoniosa y profesionalmente con compañeros de trabajo y supervisores
  • Acepta reservas, cambios y cancelaciones en ausencia del departamento de reservas
  • Asiste con responsabilidades y deberes en las áreas del Concierge, Business center y la cobertura del lobby.
  • Trabaja y supervisa el personal de Bell para asegurar el manejo fluido del equipaje de los huéspedes, las entregas y las peticiones especiales.
