• Conceptualize and design visual assets for online and offline use, including social media creatives, brochures, menus, event collaterals, presentations, emailers, and more.
• Work closely with the Marketing, F&B, Spa, Sales, and Events teams to support promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Maintain consistency with Fairmont and Accor brand guidelines while delivering creative and innovative designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Edit and retouch photos, design layouts, and create engaging visuals for social media posts, stories, reels, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and other content creators to ensure cohesive visual branding.
• Support video editing and motion graphics when required.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for web, mobile, and print.
• Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and hospitality marketing strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or advertising.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong visual sense, typography skills, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital and print production requirements.
