About the location:
A secluded oasis at the edge of an idyllic lagoon! On the east coast of Mauritius, lapped by turquoise waters perfect for water sports, our relaxing Resort is filled with lush greenery and dramatic views everywhere you turn. Each stylish villa and residence feature its own private garden and pool – just like the home for the Resort’s resident giant tortoises. After a day exploring the Indian Ocean or playing unlimited golf at both our Ernie Els-designed course and Bernhard Langer signature course, unwind at our award-winning Spa and raise a glass at one of our exciting dining venues. Mauritius is teeming with opportunities for your next day’s adventures. This beautiful resort opened in October 2008, and has 90 one-bedroom villas, 1 Presidential Suite, 45 two-to-five-bedroom residential villas, 5 stunning Food and Beverage venues in addition to managing an off-property beach bar/restaurant, an award-winning over water Spa, 2 tennis courts and a fitness center.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provide a full PA service, including diary management, arranging appointments, dealing with/responding to e-mails and typing of correspondence.
2. Respond to incoming and outgoing communication in a timely manner.
3. Provide necessary documentation for preparation prior to appointments.
4. Filter emails and highlight urgent correspondence.
5. Prepare written correspondence on behalf of General Manager for approval.
6. Handling expense and invoicing.
7. Prepare presentations and coordinate with departments as needed for information.
8. Assist with projects and ensure proper follow up is taken by appropriate managers.
9. Coordinating meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.
10. Prepare agenda and compile meeting minutes such as Planning Committee meetings.
11. Provide general support for the business.
12. Compile monthly guest comment analysis and ensure proper distribution of results.
13. Maintain master list of donations made to charities on behalf of the hotel.
14. Handle travel arrangements and reservations for managers and VIP guests.
15. Maintain stationery supplies for Executive Office.
16. Assist with Glitch follow up to guests on behalf of Executive Office.

DEPARTMENT: Executive Office
REPORTS TO: General Manager
SUMMARY: Provide support and clerical expertise to Executive Office and respond to guest and employee inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
EDUCATION: A university degree or equivalent experience required.
