Preparar sobremesas e diversos tipos de doces, bolos, tortas, salgados etc, a partir das demandas recebidas seguindo o padrão de segurança alimentar exigido. Monitorar o consumo do buffet e providenciar a reposição, quando necessário. Orientar o Auxiliar de Cozinha. Executar outras atribuições correlatas de acordo com a necessidade da área. Manter a cozinha em perfeitas condições, tanto físicas como de equipamentos e materiais, para atender às necessidades dos clientes e oferecer a eles uma experiência única e inesquecível, em alinhamento com a Cultura de Serviços Accor.
